Chef Jen began her culinary journey at the tender age of 8, burning spaghetti and confusing salt for sugar in a very scary Boston cream pie.
After much improvement, Jennifer’s first job inside a restaurant was dishwasher, where she was eventually able to climb her way up to the status of Executive Chef, but only after learning about restaurants from the bottom up.
Over the past 10 years, Jennifer has worked as a chef in several 4-star restaurants including Savory, Taste, The Grape, and 2 years as a Pastry Chef at Suze.
Currently, she's opening a brand new cafe in Austin, Texas called Premier Raw. Not one to be behind on trends, Chef thought she'd see what this raw food movement was all about. Learning much and experimenting with flavors, Chef Jen is happy and creative in Austin!
